Frequently AskedQuestions
Who is a Design Sprint for?
A Design Sprint is perfect for businesses with a new product idea, a big feature to test, or an internal tool they want to validate quickly. Whether you’re a startup seeking investor buy-in or a medium-sized business exploring digital transformation, a sprint gives you clarity before you commit.
Do I need to have a fully formed idea before booking?
Not at all. Many clients come to us with just a concept or a problem area. The sprint process helps shape that into something concrete, guiding you through discovery workshops and ending with a prototype ready for user testing.
What do we actually get at the end?
You’ll walk away with a clickable prototype (built in Figma), a scoping document that captures goals and assumptions, and real user feedback. This gives you the evidence and artefacts needed to make informed next steps — whether that’s development, pitching to stakeholders, or refining the idea.
How much time will my team need to commit?
Your team will typically need to join 2–3 workshops and provide feedback at key stages. Outside of that, we handle the design and scoping work. Most clients find the time commitment is manageable alongside their day-to-day work.
What happens after the sprint?
The sprint is designed to give you answers, not lock you into development. After the sprint, you can choose to continue building with Unovo, take the prototype to another provider, or even pause until the timing is right. We’ll always give you clear recommendations for next steps.
